Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at https://ferlovane.com, operated by FERNWICK HOME GOODS LLC, trading as FERLOVANE.
Cancelling before dispatch
To cancel an order, email support@ferlovane.com as soon as possible. Include your order number or other information that helps us identify your purchase, and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid, including any delivery charge. There is no cancellation fee.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Please contact us promptly, although your statutory cancellation rights continue after dispatch.
Cancelling after dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the parcel. You can still notify us that you wish to cancel and return the goods using our prepaid return label.
You do not need to wait until delivery to tell us you wish to cancel.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason until 14 calendar days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If goods from one order are delivered separately, the cancellation period ends 14 calendar days after the day the last item is received.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back.
Our additional 30-day return service
We also accept return and exchange requests within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. For change-of-mind requests made after the statutory cancellation period, items must be unused, clean and complete with their accessories.
Free return postage
We provide a prepaid return label and the authorised return address. There is no return postage charge or restocking fee.
Please contact us before posting your return so we can provide the correct label and address. The address printed on your original parcel may not be our returns centre.
A delay caused by us in providing a return label will not remove your cancellation rights.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect and handle goods as you reasonably would in a shop. For statutory change-of-mind returns, a deduction may be made only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where permitted by law.
Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory rights.
Refunds
We refund cancelled orders to the original payment method without refund fees.
For a full-order cancellation, we refund the price paid for the goods and the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.
Where goods must be returned, we issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If the order has not been dispatched, or we agree that the goods need not be returned, we issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
How to notify us
A clear email stating that you wish to cancel is sufficient. You may use the wording below, but it is optional:
“I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Order number: [number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date, if applicable]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date].”
