1. Scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases of our home storage and organisation products through this website. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

You can save or print these terms for your records. Orders are placed in English.

1. Products

The product description forms part of your purchase. Review the listed dimensions, materials, quantity and care instructions before ordering.

Screens and lighting can affect the appearance of colours. This does not remove our obligation to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their stated purpose.

1. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. Applicable taxes are included in the advertised price. Delivery charges, any discounts and the total amount payable are shown before payment. We cover applicable import charges as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. We will not charge optional extras without your express consent.

1. Ordering and contract formation

Add your selected items to the basket, enter your delivery details, choose an available payment method, review and correct your order, and submit payment.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept it, for example because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be authorised, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment already taken.

If we identify a material pricing or description error before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information or cancel for a refund. We will not substitute goods or increase the agreed price without your consent.

1. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United States for UK delivery. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and standard transit approximately 5–8 business days, giving an estimated total of 6–10 business days.

Standard delivery is £3.00, or free on orders of £50.00 or more after discounts. See our Shipping Policy for details.

We remain responsible for the goods until physical delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.

1. Cancellation, returns and faults

Our Return and Refund Policy explains your statutory cancellation rights, our additional 30-day return service, free return and exchange postage, and refund arrangements.

Nothing in these terms restricts your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

1. Responsible use

Use products for their described purpose and follow the product-specific care and safety instructions. Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders.

1. Website content

Our website text, branding and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may access and save information for personal shopping and record keeping. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Nothing in this clause prevents lawful use permitted by legislation.

1. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not exclude statutory consumer rights.

Goods are supplied for personal and domestic use. We do not accept liability for business losses arising from business use, except where the law requires otherwise.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is separate from accepting these terms.

1. Complaints

Email support@ferlovane.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days. This response target does not extend any statutory deadline.

1. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in the part of the UK where you live.

You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law, including the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland where you live there. Nothing requires you to pursue a consumer claim exclusively in the United States.

1. Changes

The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights.
